Subject:  Kansas poem and wheat
Type:  Greeting card
Postmark:  None
Text:  “I love Kansas and her sunny skies, Her winds blow pure and free; And her fields of golden grain Yield wealth enough for me.  H. W. S.”

This is one of a stack of old Kansas postcards.  This one is my favorite.  I have no idea who H. W. S. is, and a Google search didn’t yield any results.  Some of the poems on the other cards are goofy, but, as a Kansas girl, I really like this one.
